Secret paths in the Seashore are exposed.

Join Provincetown writer Ann Wood on the lesser-trod path through terrain that changes with every turn. Dunes, ponds, woodlands and more join forces to create Beech Forest’s unique ecosystem. You’ll hike to spots you’d never find on your own, and Ann will give you tips on show to take amazing photographs with your cellphone.

Packed and soft sand, dunes, wooded areas. There are seasonal restrooms; bug spray and long pants are recommended.

All ages, though please note the walking distance.

Closed to pets.

Head across Route 6 on Conwell Street to Race Point Road. The free Beech Forest Parking area is about a half mile down on the left.
